Due to the nature of instant access, all digital products are non-refundable.

📦 Physical Products (Printed Planners & Accessories)

 

We accept returns for eligible physical items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify:

• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Email imagine040606@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
