Digital Products

All digital products (e.g. planners, checklists, templates) are delivered electronically via email or download link immediately after purchase.

All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.

Shipping & Fulfilment (Physical Products)

Orders will be processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping times vary by location and carrier.
We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or additional customs duties and taxes.

Return & Refund Policy

Digital Products: Non-refundable once delivered.
Physical Products: If applicable, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
