All digital items — including planners, templates, and printables — are delivered instantly via email or download link after checkout. No physical shipping is required.

We’re excited to offer physical products soon! Here’s what to expect:
Processing Time
Orders will be processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.
Shipping Times
Delivery times vary by location and shipping method:
- UK: 2–5 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–21 business days

International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Imagine is not liable for delays or additional charges due to customs processing.
📬 Lost or Delayed Orders
Once a package leaves our hands, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery errors made by the carrier.
